This is a 30mm x 38.5mm magnetic locking ring mount (female) for our 3-Magnet Magnetic Locking Picatinny Rail Mount Receiver (Male).
This mount allows the user the ability to zero and use multiple 30mm scopes to a single rifle fitted with our 3-magnet receiver (male) without affecting the zero**.
Remove the scope, store it, snap it back on and don't worry about the zero. The mount uses high-strength, rare-earth magnets (rated at over 15 lbs each) and our patented, precisely machined mounts.
This rugged mount is machined out of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and MIL-A-8625 Type III (hard coat) anodized for an optimized balance of wear, strength, and mass.
The distance from the rail to the tube centerline is 38.5mm.
**Zero shift is accurate and repeatable to within 0.25 MOA for calibers with a free recoil energy equal to or less than that of .308 WIN (~18 in-lbs).
